I agree that "Unternehmerschaft" would not be a good choice. However, my preference would be "unternehmerische Initiativen" - it sounds a lot more idiomatic. A quick search on Google yielded some 2,300+ on unternehmerische Initiativen vs. 16 hits on Unternehmerinitiativen.
