Geht es bei "aromat" um "Gewürz" allgemein oder um "Aromat", einem Würzmittel z.B. von Knorr (sieh: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aromat_(Gewürz))?

Es wird in einem Baguetterezept verwendet.

Explanation:
'Aromaten' (Plural!) sind in Rezepten einfach nur Gewürze. Je nach Geschmack sollte mal also das Brot würzen.
