Explanation:
Das Gehalt wird wahrscheinlich auf "1,000 FTE" (full time equivalent) = eine 40stündige Arbeitswoche umgerechnet. Ein Teilzeitarbeiter bekommt also einen Monatslohn auf Basis einer Arbeitswoche von 40 Stunden. Wird also 20 Std. gearbeitet, bekommt er nur die Hälfte.
