Ich muss einen englischen Vertrag (geschrieben von niederländischen Muttersprachlern - es lebe das Universal English !!!!) ins Deutsche übersetzen. Die Rechtsform der niederländischen Firma ist eine B.V.

Wie nennt man deren "board" auf DE? Vorstand? Verwaltungsrat? Aufsichtsrat?

Weiteren Kontext kann ich leider nicht liefern, das "board" ist hier einfach nur aufgeführt.

agree  Thomas Kozinowski: Bei einer Besloten Vennootschap müsste es aber eher die "Geschäftsführung" sein.

  -> Wieso denn? Die BV kann einen Raad van Bestuur + einen Raad van Commissarissen haben, das entspricht genau dem Verwaltungsrat bei ähnlichen dualen Führungsstrukturen (Schweiz, USA)
