"Ingeval een partner inkomen heeft in de vorm van winst uit onderneming of resultaat uit een werkzaamheid, dienen de partners, naar normen die in het maatschappelijk verkeer als redelijk worden beschouwd, vast te stellen welk gedeelte van de winst of van het resultaat voor ***onttrekking*** in aanmerking komt en aldus inkomen is als hiervoor bedoeld."
