I have chose 'inappropriate behaviour' at the moment, because 'undesirable manners' doesn't sound like anything I've ever heard within employment circles. What does anyone think?

unseemly manners/behaviour

Explanation:
In a working environment the phrase would
be: "ongewenste intimiteiten", meaning:
sexual harassment or worse. "Omgangs-
vormen" denotes a more general abject
behaviour, f.i. someone with a lack of
manners, filthy habits, etc.
