The subject matter of the document I am currently working on is fair trading practices, and conditions of open competition in the market. The sentence in question reads as follows:

"Zoals eerder genoemd zijn omstandigheden die een collectieve machtspositie op een beïnvloede markt waarschijnlijker maken, onder andere: (i) een hoge concentratiegraad, (ii) een transparante markt, (iii) homogeniteit van het product, (iv) symmetrie tussen de grote spelers (wat betreft marktaandeel en kostenstructuur), (v) hoge toetredingsdrempels, (vi) een verzadigde markt, en (vi) meervoudige onderlinge relaties tussen de belangrijkste spelers.
