This is a phrase that is put at the bottom of a page in a budget paper from a catering company. The whole sentence runs "Periodiek wordt door de opdrachtgever kwijting verleend voor gratisverstrekkingen door middel van het "procesverbaal van overdracht". Any help would be greatly appreciated.
