Dutch to English translations [Non-PRO] Bus/Financial
Dutch term or phrase:ten behoeve van
Tevens speelt de bewijslast ten behoeve van de Class A en B Partner DGF B.V. terzake van de afdracht in 1998 een rol.
US English please (the entire sentence would be nice )
I agree with Words that "on the behalf of" would be a correct translation of "ten behoeve van" but I have some doubts about the use of "ten behoeve van" in this phrase, it doesn't make much sense to me... I wonder if the phrase shouldn't read:
Tevens speelt de bij de Class A en B Partner DGF B.V. liggende bewijslast terzake van de afdracht in 1998 een rol.
in which case the translation should be:
the burden of proof lying with the Class A and B... etc.
