I have recently translated some material for a contractors specification and the tender contracts of the A59 (Rosmalen-Geffen). There the principal (de overheid) offers to pay a compensation for the availability of the road. "toll" certainly is not the correct term in tghis regard. These rae standard clauses in so-called DBMF-contracts (design-build-maintain-finance)
