Settlement or reconciliation is what I it was, however, I was hoping for an explanation of the text per se. Settlement when in any case the person is paid the set amount?

20 hrs
final settlement

Explanation:
I would question the appropriateness of this term in this instance. In my view it could be used, for example, when a joint venture is wound up or in case of a legal dispute between parties, but hardly in the case of a payment of wages based on actual working hours.
It should also be borne in mind that F. van Amerongen, although he produced a useful glossary, is not a native speaker of English. Most expatriate accountants and auditors in the Netherlands whose native tongue is English would accordingly advise great circumspection in using his Terminologie financieel management, the more so because often no context is provided.

1 day 4 hrs
Reconciliation

Explanation:
Reconciliation as in reconciling the accounts. Also the word "time sheet" was given by one resource, and sometimes it really only means payment, in my experience. The word is also found in German, Danish and Swedish to my knowledge.
