Dutch to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial
Dutch term or phrase:Op die oprichting zal hij nog terugkomen
This is talking about some guy setting up a B.V. He has been discussing the tax implications with varius people. I have translated it as 'he will come back to us later on that incorporation/formation' (which is better and does it really matter?)
He will come back later on the actual establishment. . .
Explanation: I think your solutions are pretty good: he will come back to us later on that incorporation/formation' (which is better and does it really matter?) no, I don't think it really matters as he is referring to 'oprichting' which is really the structuring, the setting up, and ultimately I chose 'establishing'. I'm sure to get the best tax deal.
