Dutch term or phrase: faciliteit
De faciliteit als personeel van XX voor een bijdrage in de studie hoef ik mij niet meer aan te melden.

Also, how does aanmelden translate?

Benefit
Explanation:
You could translate it as "As a benefitof being a member of staff of XX I do not have to apply for a contribution in the (costs of) the training".

I agree, this is very bad Dutch and my solution is just my interpretation. You may want to ask the client for clarificattion of this sentence.

Good Luck!

convenience, facilities

Explanation:
This sounds like very bad Dutch. Do they mean you don't have to pay anymore, or do they mean that you don't have to present yourself anymore.

Being employed at XX gives me the convenience of not having to pay my contribution for the course.

Being employed at XX gives me the convenience of not having to present myself to pay for the course.

I do not have to submit a request for contribution as I am a staff member of XX.

Explanation:
I agree with my earlier answers provided by my colleagues. So one of them deserve the KudoZ. However, I feel the whole sentence does not make sense, and rather than guessing it would be better to ask, as this could be interpreted in many ways:

I do not have to submit a request for contribution as I am a staff member of XX. is one of the possibilities.
This is really what is says, but of course, this does not make sense!
Good luck, I hope the rest of your translation is better!

I agree with the sugestion that you need to ask your client

Explanation:
for clarification. The Dutch of this sentence is very poor indeed, and hardly makes sense at all.
