Dutch term or phrase: hand en spandiensten
This term is really frustrating me, because under "spandiensten" it tells me it should be somewhere in the dictionary under "hand" and I simply can't find it.

It's all over google and I still don't know what it means.

Explanation:
I get to this answer via German. "Spanndienste" there refers to accomplices, usually in crime, => helpers in dubious circumstances.

"accomplice" is syntactically not right, so maybe you will have to find a workaround that fits your text.
