Dutch term or phrase: inkoopkantoor
Looks deceptively simple and my first reaction was just to call it a purchase/purchasing office, but now I'm wondering... De Keizer calls it a redemption agent or distibutor, but the context in both cases is investment funds, which is clearly not the case here. Context is a letter from the Belastingdienst concerning a tax audit of company X, which is big in import/export of promotional products and gifts. These are the headings in a table. Inkoopktr = inkoopkantoor; Dld = Duitsland.

In het kader van mijn onderzoek naar de aan X BV doorbelaste kosten (Recharges in) ontvang ik graag nog wat informatie en bescheiden met betrekking tot de onderstaande aan X BV doorbelaste kosten:

doorbelast: (in € 1.000)
- Marketing + selling
- Inkoopktr. Hong Kong
- Inkoopktr. Dld
- Man fees Frankrijk
- Man fee Dld
- Man fee hfdktr
