Imo you have look at the two terms separately. Bouwpromotie and Krediet. I see it as 'krediet for bouwpromotie'. I work in this language pair but not in this field , so hopefully one of the Nl-En financial/banking translators will help you out

please post a sentence in Dutch showing the term. there are only 2 Google hits and they are both from your question. Are you sure it's a bank account and that it's 'widely used' in Belgium (and not NL or elsewhere)?
