This is part of Flemish conditions of sale: The entire sentence goes:
"Elke wijziging in de toestand van de koper:
zoals overlijden, onbekwaamheid, ontbinding of wijziging van de vennootschap, protest van een geaccepteerd effect, onzekere solvabiliteit, concordaat, faillissement, laten ons toe garanties te eisen, zij het de overeenkomst totaal of gedeeltelijk op te zeggen."
Is anyone familiar with this expression. I only find it on Belgian websites in T&C's etc.
