I would like to confirm the definitions for the following types of locks

loopslot - ?
dagslot - day latch
rolslot - roller-bolt lock

PS: I'm not an expert, but I think 'day latch' would be a fair translation for 'dagslot'. Don't know about 'roller-bolt lock' though, as a translation for 'rolslot'. Kluwer Bouwkunde renders this as: 'ball roller' or 'trolley' in the context of 'looprol voor een schuifdeur'. That might not be applicable in your case.

agree  Chris Hopley: I'd agree with loopslot = latch lock, dagslot = door catch, but I'd say rolslot = roller catch (Google for pics....)
