Voor de duidelijkheid de hele passage:

"technische beveiligingen [van het magnetisch kantschot dus - SC]:

- magneten zijn opgesloten in een U-profiel
- ontgrendelnokken/pallen
- speciale ontgrendelstang voor op de ontgrendelnokken"

Ontgrendelen is "to unbolt", maar een "unbolting ridge" komt mij onwaarschijnlijk voor (ik vind het dus ook nergens...).
