Dutch term or phrase: Stichting Administratiekantoor
I have seen various attempts at translating the Dutch, "Stichting Administratiekantoor" (STAK)

... "Trust Office", "Trust Office Foundation", "Share Trust Office", "Administration Office", etc.

What would you suggest?

--------------
info: "The Stichting Administratiekantoor (‘STAK’) is a foundation, that according to its purpose is incorporated to hold and administer the assets dedicated to it, against issuance of ‘depository receipts’ or ‘certificates’ representing the economic value and interests of the assets dedicated to the STAK."

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks. Speaking of JurLex, I was thinking of getting the online version. Do you think it's worth it?

Asker: Yes, I went to the Gateway site and also found it a bit expensive, but affordable, if it's good. I can't quite figure out what's cheapest: the online version, or getting the program, and updating it annually. I also came across: "FELOnline - Financieel Economisch Lexicon Online" (http://www.felonline.nl/), which I know nothing about. And, I also have a subscription to the Comprehensive Dictionary of Industry & Technology (Groot Woordenboek Industrie & Techniek, GWIT)(http://translex.co.uk/GWIT.html).
