| Reference Reference information: "TBR" probably stands for "terbeschikkingstellingsregeling". An example: http://www.notaris.nl/page.asp?id=42 : "Ter beschikking gesteld vermogen. In de Wet IB 2001 is een speciale regeling opgenomen die moet voorkomen dat ondernemers misbruik maken van het nieuwe boxenstelsel. Deze regeling staat bekend als de terbeschikkingstellingsregeling." Search Google for "terbeschikkingstellingsregeling belasting" to find out more about the "regeling". I'm not sure whether an English equivalent exists, but I'm hoping this will point you in the right direction. |
