This takes advantage of Dutch tax laws allowing employees to purchase a PC for home use. Does this mean that the invoice is paid by the company and deducted from the employee's salary or does it mean that the salary is somehow adjusted to allow for the tax credit (see below)

De medewerker dient zelf de originele factuur met de benodigde formulieren in, op grond waarvan het bedrag (inclusief BTW) met het salaris fiscaal wordt verrekend
1. de originele factuur is op naam gesteld, voorzien van een aankoopdatum, gespecificeerd naar pc-onderdelen en eventuele randapparatuur en mag niet ouder zijn dan 2 maanden.
2. er wordt geen voorschot of lening ten behoeve van deze regeling verstrekt.

Geldelijke bronnen
De originele factuur kan tot het maximaal fiscaal haalbare bedrag in enig jaar worden verrekend met:
• het normale maandsalaris
• de vakantie-en verlofuitkering
