Dutch to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law (general) / Insolvency
Any ideas anyone? Thanks in advance.
See my note under Joeky's answer - you cannot declare yourself bankrupt, so NO it certainly won't "do" - application/petition is what you are looking for - sterkte, maar koop tog in die toekoms eers die regte woordeboeke !
I don't know if anyone is around at this time of day (deadline looming), but what if I were to state: a petition for or declaration of bankruptcy - would that not cover both "verzoek" and "eigen aangifte"?
