Kent iemand de Engelse term voor 'exploit'?

Context: Voormeld verzoekschrift is aan de man betekend. In het EXPLOIT staat vermeld dat de man uiterlijk zes weken na betekening, door tussenkomst van een procureur, een verweerschrift kan indienen, hetzij om uitstel te dier zake kan verzoeken.
