My tentative translation:

The XXX refuses any responsibility with regard to decisions, promises, suggestions or the like on account of this Project, issued in writing or verbally to any party or advisor including those provided by its employees, advisors or XXX

I am also not sure about "included those provided", but can definitely use help with the missing part. Funny, huh, the easiest little thing....Anyway, feel free to suggest alles en wat.
