Dutch term or phrase: ingebonden
Zin:

(Parts of the Bid submitted: do we use 'packing'?)

bound, package (but see detail)
Explanation:
not 100% sure, but:

ingebonden = (probably ) bound (as a separate document) -- although I don't understand why the individual parts must be sent separately

verpakking: NOT 'packing', which in English means the material used to pack something, and which thus cannot itself have a content. I would suggest 'package', but would need more context to be sure.

Bound

Explanation:
"Each part needs to be bound separately" lijkt mij hier de meest logische vertaling.

En: The contents of the package.

bound

Explanation:
Deel =
1) volume [if a book]
2) part [if not a book]

Each volume / part needs to be bound separately and dispatched / sent and to be accompanied by the following data.

Pak(je) = package
Verpakking = packaging

The content of the package / packaging.

    My mother tongue is Dutch.
