I would really appreciate some help with this rather complicated legal sentence: "Redenen waarom de XXXX zich wenst tot uw rechtbank met het eerbiedig verzoek te bepalen dat de rechtbank niet ontvankelijk is van het verzoek d.d. XXXX kennis te nemen en dit te behandelen omdat deze rechtbank niet de rechtbank is van de gewone verblijfplaats van XXXX."
I have particular problems with the first part of this sentence and would appreciate any help you can give me.
