(uwe edelachtbare) de procedure niet heeft verwezen voor conclusie van antwoord in incident, tevens conclusie van repliek, en aangezien U E.A. zich ook niet, nu door XXX (defendant)de absolute competentie in twijfel wordt getrokken, conform artikel 156 Wetboek van Rechtsvordering ambtshalve onbevoegd heeft verklaard, mag YYY (claimant) ervan uitgaan dat u bevoegd bent van onderhavige vordering kennis te nemen.

The child shall be represented by counsel in transfer proceedings.
