"bij" usually means "at" as in a place or a group (bij ons thuis/at our place), so although your tentative guess would give the sentence a logical meaning, I don't think it can be that. I'm thinking they may be using the "clinical supplies" at the end of the sentence as shorthand for the place where these supplies are processed. In that case, the meaning would be that the availability of the supplies is tracked at the place where these supplies are processed. |
