Dutch to English translations [PRO]
Dutch term or phrase: oplage
The term 'oplage' is commonly used in book publishing and means print run. What I have been unable to find up to now is the term used in ceramics, glassmaking, etc. to refer to the number of pieces made of a particular item.

production

Explanation:
If it's not limited, "production" is used: a production of 300 pieces.

Edition

Explanation:
Talking about art, ceramics, and other such objects, I would also prefer 'edition'; in some cases 'limited edition' - but the latter is usually used for prints and so on, as far as I know. So I would stick with 'edition'.
Hope this helps,

My suggestion is: copies

Explanation:
The term `copies' can also be used for
books; in fact, the best answer would be
`edition of xxxx copies'.
