social integration of labour Explanation: What I think they are referring to is that labour unions have for a long time been excluded from the mainstream social structures of most countries. In that sense "social integration" would seem right, if it refers to existing socio-political structures (without unions), and if "labour" is used in the larger sense of the labour unions. HTH |
