Explanation:
"plom" does not exist to my knowledge, so I am guessing that it means "plum".

"gello" probably is the equivalent of the American "jello", which is composed for 70% of "gelatine" and 30% sugar.

I agree with the "ardenner" being a "smoked Belgian ham", which comes from the Ardennes.

as for the other two, no idea

the only thing I can think of for the first is 'polm' which is a type of hashish...not exactly related to food preparation!

gello...maybe someone's slang word for 'gelatine', but I doubt it
