Dutch to English translations [PRO]
Dutch term or phrase: scheppende creatieven
Scheppende creatieven zijn wat moeilijker in de omgang.

I was thinking of geniuses in this context. Does that make sense?

English translation:People with resourceful/fundamental/conceptual/inventive/
Explanation:
original/fertle/genuine creativity. Genius in Dutch would be "genie". For 'creative artist', too, there would be a Dutch equivalent.

Explanation:
"scheppende" and "creativen" is somewhat of a syonymous repetition. I belive "creative artists" is what they mean.

creative people

are a somewaaht more difficult to deal with."

This is how these people would simply be referred to in The States. Although I guess all the provided answers would be viable.

-> Artists is a little bit too specific. Artists are artists, and one step up from creative people (standard expression).
