Dutch term or phrase: druivenpitolie
Here's my question:

I found druivenpitolie translated as grapeseed oil. It also fits into the list of oils rich in omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids.

But, I also found druivenpittenolie as grape-stone
oil. My original has the first version, but I was wondering if anyone knows the difference.

Also, these are essential and ONMISBARE fatty acids. Can you suggest a term for 'onmisbare'? Many thanks!

prapeseed oil / essential fatty acids
Explanation:
1. Seed and stone are the same thing here. "Seed" has a reference to its role in the reproductive process and "stone" has a reference to the hardness of the central part of the fruit. Maybe "seed" is more "scientific".

2. essential

Essential fatty acids are Omega 3 (visolie!)and Omega 6 ( grapeseed and Borago oficinalis plant)

I might not be a native speaker of Dutch but I have a lot of knowledge in natural food supplements. As the matter of fact I used a grapeseed supplement for its strong anti-oxidant effects during quite a long time.

There is plenty of evidence in the web.

Succes.

grapestone oil ; grape seed oil

Explanation:
van Dale Groot Woordenboek Nederlands-Engels:

"druivenpit: grapestone --> grape seed"

"--> separates the main translation from the corresponding variations/ variants"

"olie: oil"

"onmisbaar, onmisbare:
1)[onontbeerlijk] indispensable --> essential, vital;
2) [niet kunnende uitblijven] inevitable--> obligate"

in your case 1) applies.

My mother tongue is Dutch.
