Dutch term or phrase: bovenaansluitingen van systeemwanden
This is more in the spec for system walls. Unfortunately it has been written in usual techno-speak with no surrounding context, so that's all I have.

English translation:top fittings for system walls
Explanation:
There's no single standard term here, which actually is not such a disadvange (for you!). 'Fittings' is fairly generic, 'brackets' and 'flanges' would be more specific (but then you'd need to know more). I don't think that 'ceiling' can be automatically be assumed here - the walls could be free standing, just attached to the other at the top, and in a commercial/office evironment there is often a false ceiling that is not necessarily attached to the interior walls.

Thank you both for your replies. I have chosen to go with Ken's answer, given its rather nice general nature :-). However, I have logged both in my dictionary notes for future reference.

ceiling suspension system for office walls

Explanation:
I have tried to include everything thats available from the offical terminology of Chicago Metal, one of the price producers of office panel systems. "Office walls" could also be replaced by "system panel" There is more for choice:

ophangbeugel = ceiling clamp
ophangklem = suspension clip
