'aanbod- en vraagfactoren' are of course 'supply and demand factors', so I wanted to stay in the same vein (aanbod-supply). I have been given an example target text (no source text of the example text) that uses 'grooming'. I.e.: during introduction of Internet grooming; so Internet traffic could be groomed from X, etc.
die internettoegangsdiensten aanbieden via X. however, I find the use of 'grooming' most pecular. any input?

"grooming" = verzorging, voorbereiding. This does indeed sound somewhat peculiar.
"die internettoegangsdiensten aanbieden via X" I would translate as "provide Internet access services via X".

I get the feeling that they may be referring to the layout of for instance a website or portal. "grooming" could perhaps be used here, in the sense of adapting, changing, and beautifying the layout, but again it's a rather strange choice of words.
