This does indeed sound somewhat peculiar. "die internettoegangsdiensten aanbieden via X" I would translate as "provide Internet access services via X". I get the feeling that they may be referring to the layout of for instance a website or portal. "grooming" could perhaps be used here, in the sense of adapting, changing, and beautifying the layout, but again it's a rather strange choice of words. HTH |
