several dump locations have been provided on the site for . . .
Explanation:
Hello Davorka, glad to be able to help you out this time, rather than the other way round. I offered the above solution, but there could by other ways to explain this although this seemed the simplest without any more context being provided.

bis is typically used in address indications if there are multiple locations. I'll quote you the Van Dale entry.
bis.1 nog eens=once again (na een telwoord (numeral)op rekening, een adres.
nummer 3 en nummer 3=No.3 and No.3b
It is somewhat awkward to explain: Local Dutch people always know that plurality is involved as 'bis' is typically referred to in large houses with lots of rooms which have been sublet to different people, as is typically the case in Amsterdam (3 hoog achter). So Sarphatipark 172 bis.

It is also used as 'encore' after concerts, when people want to hear more and emphatically shout "bis. . . . bis!"
I hope I made myself clear.

b

Explanation:
D,

This is worse than my most terrible questions! Terrible texts!

Now, a shot in the dark.
For articles, bis in Dutch becomes xxxb in English.
So, "xx"b

Sorry this is the best I could think of....
