Although "bedrijf" is usually translated as = Betrieb, "Betriebszone" is not used in Germany. "Wirtschaftszonen" usually referes to larger geographic areas, so I believe that in this context it would probazbly not be completely right. "Industriezone" is the correct term for all smaller terrains, where only companies are located, some of them industrial or manufacturing.

Depending on your context, and if ionly shops are included, it could also be "Einkaufszentrum", but "bedrijf" indicates miore than just "winkel".
