In een dagvaarding, die van het Nederlands naar het Duits te vertalen is, staat de volgende zin. Hoe moet ik de laatste 7 woorden interpreteren en dus vertalen? Ik kom er niet uit:
In deze procedure beperkt XXX deze vordering nadrukkelijk tot een bedrag van € XX,- (gelet op de reeds verschenen rente en de gevorderde buitengerechtelijke kosten) zodat de kantonrechter bevoegd is, dit onder handhaving van al het meerdere.
