Non era intuitiva come risposta, in realtà faresti meglio a controllare se il tuo contesto permette questa soluzione.
Esiste anche il merluzzo alla provenzale, ma nella preparazione prevede l'aggiunta di funghi e forse non è la stessa cosa che dice il tuo testo.
