Ho trovato formaggio "Reypenaer" (formaggio a pasta semidura ottenuto da latte di mucca. Il sapore è cremoso ma intenso e persistente. È prodotto in due versioni: normale, con una maturazione di circa 1 anno, e Reypenaer V.S.O.P., più stagionato, con pasta più consistente e gusto più forte).
