Si parla di un contratto di lavoro. In particolare, un articolo relativo alla sua durata afferma quanto segue:

"Deze arbeidsovereenkomst vangt aan op (data) en wordt afgesloten voor een onbepaalde tijd, waarbij zoals overeengekomen in de eerste 3 jaren, beginnend op (data) *geen winst* hoeft te worden gemaakt."

Quello che mi chiedo è se la mia soluzione abbia un senso... Mi sembra strano che per i primi 3 anni non si debba realizzare alcun profitto!

"Il presente contratto di lavoro ha inizio il (data) o quanto prima e viene stipulato per un periodo di tempo indeterminato, per cui, come stabilito, nei primi 3 anni a partire dal (data) non dovrà essere realizzato *alcun profitto*."

la frase "beginnend op (data) *geen winst* hoeft te worden gemaakt" va interpretata non nel senso che non "dovranno essere realizzati utili", bensì che non "è necessario conseguire utili" (c'è una sottile differenza). Sicuramente ci sarano dei costi di avviamento da ammortizzare che faranno sì che non sia necessario realizzare utili per i primi 3 anni.

Sicuramente ci sarano dei costi di avviamento da ammortizzare che faranno sì che non sia necessario realizzare utili per i primi 3 anni.
