Prodhuar në Kinë
I would prefer "Prodhuar në Kinë".
"Prodhim i Kinës" is not wrong either, however, it should be "Kinës" and not "Kines". "Ë/ë" is an Albanian letter that should be used properly and not be replaced with any other unneccessary letters.

Prodhim i Kines
Literal translation would be "i/e prodhuar ne Kine", but a more pedantic and elegant writing would be "Prodhim i Kines," thus I would use the latter.

E bërë në Kinë
This could be another possible translation for the term made in China

: "E bërë në Kinë" would be OK for a product/noun that has feminine gender, but it won't be OK for a masculine noun. For example: "Laps e bërë në Kinë" does not sound right. It is better I think, to find a way that fits both genders in Alb. lang. Best, Ani
