i think that there is a mistake with this term as i have searched in all available dictionaries but didn't find any reference of "vortism"

This term may be "Sexual favoritism"

Sexual favoritism is an offshoot of quid pro quo: it postulates that if a boss has sex with an employee and gives her promotions, better hours, and other benefits in return, the other women on the job can argue that they’re being penalized for not sleeping with the boss.
