AL-TAQYEEM or TAQDEER AL-TAKLIFA Explanation: Details are provided below. The correct translation will depend on the intended meaning, which is not very clear to me. The possibilities I see are as follows: 1. Appraising the value of something or estimating the cost of a service: Appraising is called TAQYEEM, while estimating is called TAQDEER. The cost of appraising something or estimating the cost of a service: If you are referring to the mount of money paid to the person rendering the appraisal service or to the contractor for quoting you an estimate, that amount is called TAKLIFAT AL-TAQYEEM or TAKLIFAT AL-TAQDEER.
