Asker: Thanks to all friends over here for their inputs. I would like to add something that may help figuring out the meaning more precisely. The sentence is of a negative sense because it is preceded by this sentence "However, a lump-sum contract can increase the risks for the Borrower with regard to the quality of the advice."
