English to Arabic translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Forestry / Wood / Timber / Forestry and raw wood
English term or phrase: nosing and sorting carriage
The translation I am using for this term is عربة الجس والفرز, but I am looking for a standard industry term if one exists. Context follows:

"Round wood is sorted out stem for stem in the forest, taken to a modern log dump, where it is processed with a nosing and sorting carriage, either as boules for sale to the veneer industry or as sawn logs for direct breakdown."

Explanation:
عربة in Arabic has nothing to do with processing! The carriage could be a part of a machine.
