Servant Leaders

Since there is not enough space to add a comment, I understand from the question that this work style encourages workers to become leaders by example. It is not about leadership in itself nor leaders, but how each worker/employee should lead others. This is largely defined by Robert Greenleaf as Lamis just posted, and includes the role of employees as leaders from behind or in the shade or by setting example, etc. Sami, any further clarifications on the advertising line?
