Both of the above are read as Justin in Arabic:
The first one جستين has a long vowel
The second one جستـِن has a short vowel indicated by the little diacretic appearing below the second last letter (that is if you look at it from right to left).
Arabic as you may or may not know runs from right to left (opposite to English).
