انقطاع لنفاذ الوقت

Explanation:
A timed proccess, such as opening a web page, will be excuted in a certain time frame (إجراء موقوت). A server for example may 'kill' all sessions that exceed a certain limit without actually excuting any action. You may also say:
استُنفذ زمن المحاولة
أو تعدت العملية الومن المحدد
أو أي تعبير يدل على ذلك حسب السباق
All the best,
Ahmad

نفد الوقت المحدد

Explanation:
If a noun, you would say نفاد الوقت المحدد

In this sense, I am agreeing with Ahmad, who I think hit the nail on the head. The verb نفد, however, is written with a د, not a ذ.
